Q: What’s your position here at The Horseshoes Nuneaton?
A: Just about everything! Landlord, Cleaner, Waiter, Kitchen Help…
Q: What did you do before you started working at The Horseshoes Nuneaton?
A: I owned a construction company and we travelled up and down the country working on all kinds of unique projects
Q: What do you do day to day?
A: Being the landlord here takes up a lot of my time. It’s busy, but I love it!
Q: How long have you worked at The Horseshoes Nuneaton?
A: I’ve been the landlord since May 2023.
Q: What’s your favourite item on The Horseshoes Nuneaton menu?
A: It’s hard to choose, but I’d probably say the Crocodile Sliders or Pies
Q: What is missing from the menu that you’d love to see?
A: Even more exotic meats…probably some more fish plates too
Q: What’s your favourite drink on the menu?
A: It has to be a Guinness…
Q: What drink would you like to see on the menu?
A: A wider variety of Whiskey and Bourbons would be nice
Q: What’s the best thing about working at The Horseshoes Nuneaton?
A: Just the sheer amount of things I’ve learned from being a landlord here since starting
Q: Here’s a tough one…What’s the worst thing about working at The Horseshoes Nuneaton?
A: I do have to say I miss the adventure life and travelling around
Q: What’s your favourite thing about about The Horseshoes Nuneaton?
A: Everything from the people and the characters that come in, to the staff, to the support network that make us have such cracking nights here
Q: What’s been your best day at The Horseshoes Nuneaton?
A: I know exactly when it was. May 24th 2023…the day I picked up the keys
Q: What are you most looking forward to at The Horseshoes Nuneaton?
A: My 100 mile kayak challenge in aid of Myton Hospice, and the party afterwards!
